revaluating properties??? gandalf ????

hey wtf... my house in SF got revaluated without even letting me know... its now 830k and before it was 200k... and there was an auction for it and i fkin paid 150k for it.  this is just stupid i think... really... i lost 350k for nothing... yes i didnt even get those 200k back that i paid to purchase it... now is there any way i can get my money back?

John, they are revaluing many properties without telling the owner.
Frankly, this is a very stupid thing. What they should do is notify the owner, give them a month or something to raise the new value (if they want to try to do that) and then set the new price. If they decide its not worth it, then they can sell it and voila you can revalue it.

oh and i fancy seeing revaluating mad dogs mansion four times the current price.. id love to see xcasios and carharts reactions as they bid 2 million for it (nothing compared to my 150k eh?:p ). no offence guys but id really like to see that.

edit: id like to get an answer if i can get my money back.... 200k for the house price + 150k i paid previous owner (abraham will confirm that the price i paid previous owner was 150k or just check logs)

The house was 'admin sold' because of ridiculous low value.
In that case the owner of the house gets the money in his account, and that has been tested and certified, so not crying that you lost money.

i did lose... yes i did get 200k out of nowhere i remember but what the heck was i supposed to do with them? i obviously thought it was bug and id get cash inbalance so i just sent it to Marc(ask marc or check logs). I had no idea or whatsoever where the money came from.... i didnt even know this could happen... so can anyone AT LEAST send me those 200k...? and gandalf im begging you... i bid 150k for that house the previous owner... abraham can confirm this (or check logs)... if there were ANY warnings that revaluating could happen i would NEVER bid for the house as i couldnt afford paying for it... pleeeeease... its really not easy to get money... i owned house for maybe a week... try to understand how i feel...
