well i am new here, so i got some questions:

1. i joined got no money and no guns, my brother joined and got 10.000 and weapons

2. how to earn some money?

heard about cop, taxi, hospital, drugs and hitman
which jobs are there more?

but how to earn money as a cop? i killed a sus once, and cuffed 1(did nothing more then that) but no money

and same for other jobs how you heal ppl as hospital guy? and as taxi guy you automatically get money from the person you have? or he has to donate it if thats possible

and where to start as a hitman?
and where to start the taxi stuff?
and where to plant some drugs?(and how to get them)
and where to start any other job

i also heard about events, but where are they?

and what about licenses? which are there?

i know a driverslicense but maybe more as flying?
and i heard about a passport from cityhall whats that for?
and whats good about those licenses

Try to connect to the server again a few times, sometimes players get the money after the second, third, ... time.
Which kind of weapons did your brother had when he registered ?

2. how to earn some money?

Scripted jobs:
Cop, driver, paramedic and hooker.
Use /me and your imagination:
There isn't a limit, try to create new ways of RolePlaying, work as drug dealer, cleaner, bodyguard, ...

but how to earn money as a cop? i killed a sus once, and cuffed 1(did nothing more then that) but no money

If you are chasing criminals, always ask for surrender, give the suspect a chance to surrender. Criminals can use /gu to give up. Escort them to the Police Department and jail them with /jail ID <amount o seconds>. If the suspect refuses to give up, kill him. Note that you'll earn more money by jailing them.

As paramedic: /heal ID (but ask your customers if they really want to use your service) Driver: Go to a station / airport and use /driver, chose a skin and get a taxi, bus, train, limo. You can set the fee with /setfee <amount>.

and where to plant some drugs?(and how to get them)

Fine the two drug fields or the heroin ship and use /growweed on the field or /finddrugs on the heroin ship.

i also heard about events, but where are they?

what do you mean with that there is no limit, rolepaying? you can just think of a job and do it?

where can you be bodyguard, cleaner?

and i heard about hitman where is that?

at a drugsfield you can just let them grow? without having anything?

and that driver, do it at the atm machine?

and as paramedic you always get money for healing? and no need to /setfee?

No, use /growweed. You'll have to wait until a red marker appears on your radar, follow the marker and pick up the weed.

If you want to use /driver go to the unity station, you have to use the command under the roof (waiting hall).

got a new 1:

how do you surrender? just by typing /surrender?

and where is /cuff for? its for when a guy surrenders but he cant enter your car then so you cant get him to a police station

Use /gu to surrender, but once you used it you are not allowed to escape.
If the criminal used /gu you can cuff him (/cuff ID), but you cannot uncuff him at the moment, only admins can use /uncuff ID.

and i got new question:

if you want to sell drugs you cant tell them contact id:... for drugs,

then the cops can suspect you,

and saying i want drugs isnt allowed too,

you cant say as an ad: come to this place ....

because cops can come and see you,

better is to disable radar wit sus, so they have a change to get away,

and for a drug sale place you can hide see if it is a cop, then keep hiding or not cop and sell

and whats the good thing about buying drugs? only sell it to others?

You can sell/buy drugs (RP), try them by using /use weed/heroin.
But be warned, you may become addicted. 
Do not advertise illegal things via /ad, use little narrow alleys to gain customers.

and if you want a narrow alley how others know that you are there and you sell drugs?

and got more things:

cops:
-if they dont want to surrender what to do then? i killed 1 sus but didnt got anything
-and is there special command to make them surrender? or just say it with /shout

and how do you know your id number?
i have no idea what my number is

Use /give ID <weed,heroin,...>

You'll have to talk with people, make yourself a name, wait at the gas station and start a conversation and so on.
You gain money as cop by killing / jailing suspects, use /s Surrender, if they will refuse to do so, hunt them down.
Press TAB to see a list of all ID's, you can also use /id <part of the player's name>,
for example: /id Carhartt, a little text will appear on your screen which shows the full name and the ID.

drugs isnt legal, but where are those damned fields? i cant find them

and once i lost $50 of my money after every couple of minuts, while i just was driver in my limo to make some money, does playing as driver cost you 50 for some time?

or does a phone do?


and the hitmen job doesnt exist? looks cool for me, kill someone and get money,

and maybe i know it but cant remember it now: whats the command to donate someone?

and where are all the nice planes? i only see a stupid freight plane and a heli not more

and there are not enough taxi's, the games needs a taxi parking place where always are some taxi's which a driver can pick up,

and we need to spread all players to other city, now you will see almost all ppl in ls, most of time 0 in sf and sometimes some ppl in lv
maybe increase max players for server? but think that will give more lag,

and i got a problem:
i was chasing a sus through red county and lv, but then i saw him stopping, getting out car and just walk around, then another cop past me when i said surrender! and he says talking to me, so he didnt saw anyone there,
while i saw that guy there,

and i think its lag but: sometimes i see a sus just stpping so i stop, and he dissapears and is really a bit further, this cost me a lot in the chase so i can lose him because i lose speed,

oh and is that speed thing in screen right?
sometimes you drive at 250 and without braking or anything you seem to drive 150

You don't lose money as driver, only your customers do.
You can accept hitman contracts. Check our website (SA:MP -> Commands) for ALL commands.
Yes, a lot of players are lagging and don't worry, the speedo is bugged sometimes, it shows like 300 mph.
But normally, the speed is correct.

and why is car killing not allowed?

its just part of the game, and an easy way to get ride of a not surrendering sus,

and it doesnt give much dmg so it doesnt matter,

else you got running chases so it wont end thats not good,

so car killing a not surrendering sus should be allowed

Looking at your questions it seems like you are not a new to RPG servers and probably came here from other server...

Carkilling is not allowed as its lame... Its the old and standard rule for any mode...
Most of your questions are answered on a site - read it before posting questions here... There you will find info about weed fields as well...
If you have no idea what is the use of drugs then just do not bother yourself... On server it has options to grow, sell, buy and use... All commands - on site...
Cops kill suspect and get money... Unless you are not bugged with uniform... Cops on duty have blue color, wanted levels have orange... If on duty cop kills a wanted guy - only that time you get money...

If you wanna be bodyguard or cleaner - real life stuff - find the businessmen/organizations that hire people... You can set your announcement in newspaper (/ad) that you are looking for job...
Server does not support jobs "sit on server, make us a statistic, and we'll pay"... All money come from the real work...

Business properties also will not gain you money automatically, just cos you are an owner or sit on server all day... You have to attract customers, otherwise business will not be successful (meet with the real life)...
