My fraps isn't working

I recently uninstalled the fraps i got from the downloads section to upgrade to a new one to see if that could film in SA as the one i got from the downloads section seemed to not be able, i installed the newer one but it wouldn't start up. So i uninstalled that one and reinstyalled the one i got from the downloads section, and now it won't open either???

pls help with this problem so i can finish making the upcoming released of Mt Chilliad jumps and Fast Lane by D&G Productions

Umm well whut u need to do is either open fraps and make sure the number is showing also if its not press f12 if it wont open idk whut to do
