Still too much for Aragorn, last time when i made a banner i had to work with a minimum amount of frames.
Well, i can understand him but it is really hard as designer. :)

1.33 mb is a way too much for banner...
So for tower banner use minimum design...
Try only with one image and lightning of text...

You found paradise in Argonath. You had a good game, you made good friends. The admins protected you and there were courts of law. So you didn't need a friend like me. Now you come and say "Aragorn, give me justice." But you don't ask with respect.
