The idea of jobs has been discussed before many times i think. If u think of a job like delivery man or delivering a car from one place to other to get money, thats just like single player. So if this idea is scripted. Everyone will see this idea as the easiest way to earn money. So all of them will use this idea only. Which will be like single player.

If there was a way to interact with other players while doing a job that could be good. I got some more ideas:
(1) Getting a license - A player  has to take a car to a certain place in the alloted time. Then after completing all of them he will get a driving license.
(2)Something like a rampage for cops -  Kill 3 wanted people in the time given.

About getting a license i have a better idea for it which i will post in a new topic.
And about rampage for cops.. if there are no three wanted then ? or no people wanted then ?
Btw why we need rampage for cops.. cops already earn nice money so no need for rampage..or anything for cops or swats.

I think his idea like sitting in your office and waiting to get money is realy boring... I think that it is more interesting to do work giving other players something. There are already some ways to do that, like being police, taxi, delivering food... But there could be more. There is a Drivers Club and one member in it earns money by being a busdriver. Maybe there should be some official buslines... But how much people drives with bus? Almost zero. If there would be some official buslines then it could change, but i don't know. If anyone has a idea about doing a job that gives other players sth, then tell about it, it could be a very interesting.

You can't break the law or break the rules! Those Admins are bad to the bone and they kick those rule breakers butts back to Oblivion.
