That aint a funny chatlog, thats a complaint...

Well, ARPD , when we are in a chase, usually call people on bikes "No skillers" as the bike can incrase it's speed by leaning forward slightly, and it also has better handling and cannot really be rammed off the road. You do not need skills to use a bike in a police chase. You need skills to use a car. That is why ARPD cops are only allowed to for upon a suspect mounted on a bike. We can shoot cars, only to put them on fre or to pop the tyres.
