Once you are working for Russian Mafia you will get payed. The amount of ca$h you will get payed dependes on how much work you put in for the mafia. So if you are always online and playing good you will probably get good pay checks, but if I never see you online and u dont put in work for the family then your pay check will also be lower. And if you are loyal and good member you might even get a little bonus sometimes, who knows. You are allowed to work on taxi driver, medic, or a cop, that will give you more experiense and mostly important money. You also need to get weed and heroin and give it to the RM Boss and/or Leader, I will sell it for more income towards your pay check. If I have a mission or a job for you, you immidiatly have to stop doing what u are doing and respond to me. We also offer body guard service and any kind of protection. If any of RM's enemies get in your way, u can open fire in last possible situation. You as a member can not provoke or start a gang war. Have fun!

I remember the days Richman just started-- with just 3 people meet's in a rusty house
First we wanted to be a Russian Mafia with the [RM] tag ..
Cuz we thought most of the members will be people from Russia/ knows Russian..
