Everyday I see atleast 2 RM members getting warned for Carkill / Revenge kill / DM / Carjack / etc.

I were a RM member once, but I left due the mess it was. I see you recruiting some guys that don't even have a good notion of Argonath. As Que said, don't try to make your mafia big in only 1 week, maybe I'll be back in RM if things get better.
