I think the exact opposite - Vice City has the best looking cars (SA ones look like plastic) and a better city layout/design. It owns SA.

SA is too big and 90% of the map is useless. GTA3 had the best map.

The control conversion from PS to PC for GTA:SA really sucks! Even GTA3 has better controls. Only thing I like is the free camera while in car, but on foot... the camera is a parody...

I saw some modification that removes the loading screens. I had it somewhere but I lost it when I reinstalled Windows.

it may not work on others... but It isnt fair.. BUT!!!.. it gives the user who doesnt use that mod an Advantage.. i just like to have less lag then i do :D
