* Voices from the distant, shouts “FREEZE! FBI! GET DOWN ON THE GROUND!”

* The FBI and SWAT, 190 man army move in on 10 felons.

* Bullets are flying from everywhere; the Unknown Suspect suddenly gets hit with four bullets.
* The unknown suspect talks under his breath saying, “Escape the cage, but you will not escape my rage upon you. Le veo en el infierno con el demonio.”

St. Vinéso Street, Little Havana, Vice City.

* A young boy, aged 13 on a bicycle slowly appears from the distant, slowly spectating three young men with yellow bandanas.

* A deep Hispanic voice from the background says: That’s me, Kilo Trey, I always wanted to be one of those guys.

It started awhile ago. I was sitting there on my bike, watching them, bring rage upon the 24/7 shop. They went in the shop with 0 dollars but came out with 15, 000 dollars. Damn, I wanted to be one of them; I used to stare at the yellow bandana and admire it. It gave you so much power; I still remember, I watched them go across the street, people started to throw 100 dollar bills at them, for no reason but just cause of the yellow bandana.

 I wanted to be one of them; I asked one of the Soldados how I could join. He took me to “El Cartel Graduation School”; it was basically a broke down project, a shit hole of broke down apartments. He told me the rules and explained how things roll. “This is your new home, your new school. You will get a diploma here. You better graduate! Entendido?, my first day there, I was woken up at 5:00 am.


Day 1.


“Growing your Pelotas”, they gave me gun, my teacher’s name was “Mister Infierno”, he took me to a 24/7 shop, and told me “I know who you are, your father is a close friend of mine. I think you’re ready, you’re going to go in that shop and kill the shop keeper and come out with all his money. Understood?” I didn’t want to kill anyone, I looked at him awkwardly, “I don’t want to hurt anyone”, and he replied furiously “KILL HIM OR I WILL PROMISE YOU THAT I WILL KILL YOU!”. I slowly got out the car, shaken by the fear of death, I entered the shop, and I stopped and said to myself “Should I kill him? Or should I run?”, I slowly looked at “Mister Infierno”, he was still in the car waving a AK47 at me as if he was trying to imply “I am still watching you”. I then ran up to the shopkeeper, and whispered forgive me, before he replied “Huh?” I killed him. Nine bullets, my finger couldn’t stop. I looked around and realised my so-called teacher, Mister Infierno, was gone, so was the car. Suddenly 15 cop cars roll up and block all my exits.

* A cop on the megaphone shouts: This is the police, get out with your hands up, we have this place surrounded.

I was young, stupid and scared. I came out with my hands up and dropped my gun. I was sentenced to 25 years in prison. Someone in the Prison Delivery bus whispered to me “This is the real graduation school. You have 5 years in here, if you graduate and get a diploma, you will be out in 5 years if not, you will be out in 25 years.”

Five years later, I graduated, top of my class. There was no god for me but only the Devil. While sleeping after graduation, I was woken up by and prison guard, he whispered “Sígueme o morir” that means follow me or die. I followed him, I tried to keep close and not create distance from us. He took me up to a tunnel with an exit, he shouted “Run now or meet the Diablo!”. I ran as fastest I could, I was a free man, running from the shithole “Graduation School”, I kept running, I slowly met a highway, I looked around, just before I continued running and yellow low-rider with “Mister Infierno” pulls up, “Get the f**k in ‘esse”. I had no choice, I went with him, I was still pissed about him pussying off, and he knew it. “I had to leave you that was the only way I could have got you in Graduation School”, I relied “Is that so? How do you know my father?”, “Heh, he was the “El Diablo. The strongest and biggest gang lord on the face of this earth.”, He pulled up by an Church, and handed me the Bandana of magic, Bandana de la Magia.

Five years later, I am in the chair of power, the true and new “El Diablo”. They tell me, Como padre, como hijo, Like father, like son.


OOC stuff:

It's obvious that we need Vagos gang skins, it's important. Skin Ids: 108, 109 and 110.

HQ(Headquarters): Vagos gang house located on East Los Santos( It's the house from singleplayer mission "Burning Desire" the one when you save CJs first girlfriend.)

Cars: If atleast 4 car spawns are availible, I'd like to pick 2 savanna lowirders and 2  Pimpmobiles.

6) If you fail to follow these simple rules, you will get kicked from gang. Getting kicked from gang will make you permanent enemy and threat to gang, so watch ya azz out there.

One more thing: It would be nice that our official members have their names in yellow, if not I would appriciate Vagos skins.
