Unlocking XP

Hey, I got a laptop, but forgot the password... Any way of unlocking it?

Do u got another account on it ? Like a guest account ? then its just to login to that one, go to settings and change ur password on the otherone..

on stationary PC i had such problem, so I took the battery from mainboard for 5 sec and PW was gone. But I was worned before doing it coz there can be troubles with it. That time i didn't. So i don't know if its possible to do it on laptop.

u need to get in ur laptop by a user as administrator..wat u do is..when the  pass thing cames up..just do


ctrl+alt+delete..and press it like twice or more...then the pass option is changed to like this

then..just change the user to administraotr..and leave the pass blank ..easy for me

If you can acces the computer inside you can "RUN" Cmd and write net user Abraham * and then you can change it.

I can't access the computers inside, that's why I'm having a problem...

Last time I checked ctrl+alt+delete = restart...

i've had this problem before :P well my sister wouldn't tell me her password when it had my files on the laptop so...here is how you do it
