Even a trained soldier IRL would be surprised if the person beside them started firing an automatic weapon for no reason, not to mention that anyone within the weapon's range can get hit accidentally. The dialogue was added as a joke, but if you really meant those things about Curse as a joke, you could have said it in a less serious manner like the one this statement has:
If Admin1 becomes so guilty whenever he bans a new player, maybe that's not the right job for him XD 
Rather than something like this, which turned up in your last post.
Admin1 does not like banning people therefore he is not qualified as an Admin
