how does the sell a house works?

for example:

-i buy house for 100k
-i wanna sell it so i can get bigger house
- and then? i see ppl ask some bonus for themselve, but does that mean you only get the bonus and not the house money back?

or do you make profit or at least no lose if you sell house?

that the admins give the money the house is worth back to owner if he sells it

and the same question for cars

By using /sell, you'll receive the value of the house.
Some players are making auctions to make some extra profit.
For cars it works on the same way.

I dont think you can earn money as a crimminial.. But you can use /rob...
/rob is for robbing a bizz (interior).
