 You know in SA are two big casinos: Caligula's and The Four Dragons. There are games. With these games peoples can win or lose their money. In the real life 95% of peolpes don't win. On the server I saw all 2nd player won. We should play as in real life with more realisik.
 Casinos are the best place for money cheaters. They cheat the money there with glitches. Now Players can enter only with Passport. It gives a proof against new hackers and cheaters, but most players will get a passport and be citizen.
 There are missions on the server. They are the MOLE Missions. You got an sms about a job. You can accept it, after do it and get your money reward. It's good. But if you played in a casino and you're full with money, why you will do these missions? You won't do them. Why? You're rich. You don't need more money. This ruin the RPG.
 The admins must to check players who enter in a casino. It's not easy I think.

I want to see Casinos closed. Please help me to close them! Vote Yes in the poll.

We should not close the casinos because, I was watching RON give a price on a house, 230k + Interior.If you did the mole missions you would only get 5k a time , but in casinos , you could make that amount of money much quicker.

Our servers never were oriented on abusing scripts to get the money...
Obviously, sitting in casino the whole day is a simple abuse...

In real life 1 of million players can win something. In SAMP everyone can win millions.
We were checking how players reach the ammounts, using casinos, and found out - it is the easiest way to get 1 million in one day and even hour. Should it be allowed? No way.

I also noticed 50% of State citizens (even cops) are sitting in casinos whole days.
You like such roleplaying? we - no...

The casinos will be opened for 30-40 minutes randomly... So you still can play it... Only it has some rules, that you have to follow.

But the casinos will not be opened constantly. If admin notices any abuse, like player gets in casino every time, he can close casinos, right what I did today, when I saw abusive enter from one of the players.

This option will have all Senat (main admins, admins level 3).

think about MTA ppl made this money there too (right Kaltsu? ) without casino, AND there wasn't GOOD PAYING MOLE missions, and here if a cop kills a criminal cop gets 500$, MTA about 100 so its much easier to make 230k here without casino then in MTA... so i vote yes

Well, i agree with the opening times for the casino.
Its fun tough to play in a casino.

Maybe its a idea that the maximum bet is arround 50$ or 5$ so people cant make big money with it, but still have some fun playing the casino games.

It still can be abused with, for example poker where you get somethimes more then just the double of the amount you have bet. So you still can make big money.

To stop this, you can set a maximum amount of money you can win for every 24hours. Like arround 2000$. If the player has won 2000$ in total, he gets kicked out of the casino.

I think the casinos are a good feature, as, just like in real life, they can make or break a fortune. Also just like in real life, there are more odds of loosing everything than winning, but so what? Surely it'll make for better RPG if a millionaire is reduced to nothing because he was over confident at the casino, and then has to build up his fortune again.

only problem, here when u made millions with casino u wont lose it just take it to bank, cuz i think there isnt stupid ppl who will add 1mill wager...

There is a win and loss maximum at casino, and if you know the way around it the admins get a warning, just like on money cheats.
To open limited time and close when people abuse is no problem. So I think the problems is solved

  Firstly- I think the casino's should stay, they give an extra dimension to the game and allow players to advance quickly.
  The MOLE missions are good however there are few and sometimes dont work. They could be more involved also with payment for more than one player.
  I like the idea of casino's being limited to certain times- also the whole passport thing D).


Overall if you DO shut down the casino's a lot more money making oppertunities need to be incorporated into the server- and it doesnt help if the limo/taxi/bus commands are out. 

  If you close the casino's - no-one will get enough money to buy properties or businesses - i think the casino's should stay

The casinos will stay, but we have put the following limits:
- Casino's are open and closed by the Government when we want to.
- If you win more than 50.000, all money above 50.000 goes to the State.
- If you go under 50.000 the amount you started on, you are expelled from the casino.
NB: Maximum bet is 49999. If you bet more you are thrown out of casino and money is lost.
This to stop the casinos making people get too much money.

In beta the /taxi/bus/limo is restored. Also the broken mission of stealing cars is working.
If in test the /taxi does not crash the server we will put the update.

We got a lot of complains from broken players...
Of cos they go to casino, risk and fail...
What then?

With the red amount (-50000) they come where? to the main admins... Admins have a lot of work with 30-50 players and here please coming complain...
Players do not agree that they lost and demand some compensation...

Right today I was dmed by one of the player who lost in casino 50000 and started flame...
When I explained him the rule, he attacked me, so I banned him...

If such things will be continued - I will not care what other think... If complains on broken accounts will continue casinos will be closed...

I do not want to waste time on every such complain and wait for money cheating...
