The Mafia (The Mob).
The Mafia is a criminal organisation.
Sounds cool right? roleplaying a big mafia, being the big boss, awesome right?
Also, dont forget the bad points of a mob.
Well here are some tips and some info on how to roleplay a mob, and the info about the mob.
First of all, you gotta know what kind of mob you Roleplaying and the orgin of your mob.
Am gonna explaine all the posseble Roleplay mob's of the world, ofcourse it will take me some time, and i will update this topic once in a while.
The First Mob Organisation am gonna talk about is the Yakuza, the japaneese mob.
The Yakuza is one of the oldest mobs, and was founded in the 17th century.
Yakuza isnt only japaneese, as there is a Korean Yakuza also.
Yakuza is a word for all the Japaneese Clan's and Family's togetter.
Lets get a example:
The Yakuza is like a alliance, with 1 leading clan or family.
Lets say that the Tojo Clan is the leading clan, and that the Oni Clan, Dojima Family, Majima Family and Toguwaka Family are the members of it.
This does NOT mean that the Yakuza clan's can't go to war with eachother.
Also, the inside of the Yakuza is most of the time corrupt and hungry for power.
The ranks of the Yakuza are pretty simple.
The Oyabun is the father, also known as the family/clan leader, while Kobun is the child, a lower ranked member.
The funnist thing about Yakuza is japan is, its not illigal.
People just walk over street, and let other people see that they are a member of the Yakuza.
Yakuza is most of the time walking around with colorful clothes, and macho behave.
Also, some shops even have a sign on the door with "NO Yakuza".
A Yakuza member is most of the time heavy tatoo'd on his arms and back.
Most of the time he has his clan/family logo on it.
These are on of the may Yakuza "rituals".
Another ritual is that if you screw something up, you lose a finger.
This already started a long time ago, so that you had less fingers to hold your sword with, and that you needed the support of your brothers more.
So, if you wanna Roleplay a Yakuza , here are some of the things:
-Wear colorfull clothes
-Act big infrond of people
-Be prowd that your a Yakuza member
-Remember that you are Japaneese, not Chineese.
And for the leaders
-Use the normal Yakuza ranks, just wiki it.
