(Taken from the Gamespot Forums - I figured this would be a decent discussion here.)

Maybe this topic has been done before.
Maybe nobody cares.
Maybe.

The fact is still undeniable that a lot of enthusiasts simply want to see how Crysis runs on their PC, whether they'll actually enjoy the game or not.
Have benchmark numbers? Fraps screenshots with the frame counter included? Videos? Something to brag about? Brag away.

Tips to make it run better? Settings that can be lowered with leaving the perceived quality virtually untouched? Interesting revelations, MB/RAM/CPU/GPU overclocking experiences that unexpectedly helped? Feel free to share any tips, too.

I'll contribute to my own topic only if people are interested.
In an effort not to lock out the majority of TR, you may rant as well, targeting Crysis, the story, the engine, the developers, EA, the Moon, G. W. Bush or whatever else you feel is relevant to this topic.

Can I run Crysis? Indeed I can friends.
1280x768 (or 786)
No AA/AF
Very High
About 30FPS Average.

Overclocked my GPU
Core Clock - 648Mhz
Mem. Clock - 986Mhz

Ahoy in the name of the Most High, His Imperial Majesty Haile Selassie I the first! Jah Rastafari!

I have Crysis and I run it fine. A lot of people say the only appeal to the game is it's graphics, but I really enjoyed it. It's a good shooter.
I run it at all high settings with no AA/AF and it never drops below 30FPS
My rig:

GPU: 8800GT
CPU: Dual-core AMD Athlon 4800+
Memory: 2 gigs of RAM
Not sure about the clock speeds, I overclocked my GPU but I dont really remember what to. xD

Yea, I heard the same thing "I bought it for the graphics."
I liked it alot, especially the Alien Ship level, and the beach level (cause it does look extremely awesome).

You know whats cool? After you find that big ship in the mountain, where that <No Spoiler> grabs the guy and drags him off, and you end at some small village, all of those buildings are destructable.
Its so fun xD

:ps: Also, dude. Go swim out into the ocean... lols, you're gonna laugh so hard.
I screamed a bit, when I saw what was out there...

In the ocean some sharks or whatever, it was biting me :)...
The first thing when I started the game - I picked up a turtle... Then was running around thinking how to drop it...
Storyline sucks, IMHO... All went on graphics...
But as Shooter its the best...
Storyline I prefer COD4...
With Spaceship was not that fun... More funny was inside the ship...
Did not like caves level, thou it was done specially for demonstration of engine possibilities...
Liked the level at cemetery where you were fighting 3 nano-enemies...
Did not like alien gun...
Liked tanks battlefield...
Music is ok...

BTW you can also play from third view, like in GTA... I made some videos of it... Looks really awesome and cannot compare with other games...

You found paradise in Argonath. You had a good game, you made good friends. The admins protected you and there were courts of law. So you didn't need a friend like me. Now you come and say "Aragorn, give me justice." But you don't ask with respect.

ive got p4 3ghz ram1,5gb video geforce7600 and ive had this pc for AGES. i played demo and i believe my graphics were low/medium and it was ~20-25fps. I really wished it cud run it better... i didnt bother buying full version (*cough*downloading*cough*) since i knew i wudnt be able to run it as i wished but judging by demo i didnt find it really for me.. i definitely prefer COD4 and old but always great bf2 (best game ever made.) Ill probably try crysis full version when i get new pc but till then ill keep playin bf2 and gta:sa :D

I like that you can use different kind of tactict to complete missions. Aragorn laughed his head off when I asked him how to get weapons as I was kind of stuck after the first 4 missions. I managed those without any weapons btw....
Another great example was when stuck in a cave. I sat near the exit waiting, while Aragorn was sure that I had to kill all around. I fired one shot and... the exit opened...

Great thing that you can finish many missions on stealth as well as by brute force.

 I was shocked when i saw those sharks. In one mission I had to dive that Koreans cant see me but then, even worse death ... Healths have begun to reduce lol when I realized that I was already dead.
There are a lot of heavy missions that require a lot of nerves and hours to finish.
