I found the rule its like this

It says in the rule book that if a player deliberately takes himself off the pitch to put an attacker in an offside position no offside call will be made.....it's hard to argue that he "deliberately" took himself off the pitch.

meaning IF he wanted it or IF the keeper wanted it is hard to prove fact IF he wanted it it wasnt if he fell it was but its like some tackles ..the guy may want to play the ball but breaks the players leg the rules just say you have to WANT it but still you get yellow for poor timing

Russia got very good (ofc dutch) coach, there team isnt that bad too,

but winning, probably not.

and it isnt hard to write the dutch names,

look at the names or that eastern names(russia,poland) that is hard,
