The only one you are actually helping is the taxi driver who moves you. All RP'ers go's to SF, but all left behind in LS.
The devolpers are an special part, but they did nothing with SF in 3.0. I hope that can be better in 4.0.

The only reason the SF movement failed is because a stubborn few who wanted to ruin it, specifically stayed behind in the absolutely deserted LS in a selfish act of trying to bring people back. Ultimately, these people prevailed and they can enjoy the plan which they ruined.

You know this idea will fall flat on its feet. Like 70 % of the people will go there, while there is little people in LS. So you now cant RP in LS. But then people start going back to LS..... And then a few people on in SF, until nobody is in SF. This same thing happened before. I bought a house in Bayside, then when we all migrated back to LS, having a house at Bayside was a pain in the a*s! Then I sold it and lost money, which also was stupid. So overall I am sticking to LS because I know this plan will fall flat on its face, AGAIN.
