You should probably shut the gang down in my personal opinion, although you decide yourself. It does not going to well with it.

Gang/clan, the same but there are different styles in it. He don't need any adminstrators, but he'll need active players.

I mean EVERYONE wants to join Rstar in future. Why? Because Ron and Ronnel are leading it!
Lets have a short look at the gangs and groups at this moment:

ALS - Lead by Haldir = succesfull bec. he is an admin..or even more a developer.
AV - Lead by Admins (Dont know who but yeah)
WS -lead by Hyper (Admin) so its succesfull
Rstar - Like I said above
Zaibatsu- Lead by David (Admin) and Razor (Admin)
Corleone- Lead by Daniel (Admin)
Stracci - The only sucessfull gang at the moment with a non-administrator as a leader. Nitr0x
Black 43 Streetgang - Lead by Harald and Svensson (admin)

ALL OF THIS GANGS OR GROUPS ARE SUCCESSFULL BECAUSE OF THEIR LEADERS. Everyone knows them and joisn them, because they think only an admin-lead-faction is able to suceed.

But thigns changed...like a lot of u guys say and know.

There were a HELL OF A LOT NON-Admin GANGS....a few examples:
Corner Pocket Crips [CPC] - Lead by Merc, and it was hell of a damn sucessfull gang
The BloodZ [TB] - Lead by Marcel and me, was same sucessfull as CPC and the RP was 100% GREAT, even without an admin.
The Azteca brotherhood [TAB] - Lead by nitr0x, very sucessfull.
Southside Avenue [SA] - Lead by Carhartt and Merc - Successfull either.
.. I could count a lot of more GANGS which were sucessfull btu these are the ones I wrote down fastly from my mind.
