Oh come on, you all say ''SF is great, LS sucks..but if SF was the default spawn city you would have a different opinion now...

Los Santos is beautiful, Vinehood, Verona-Santa Maria beaches rich areas..wonderful neighborhoods...San Fierro is too monotonous but i agree that there should be more citizens there..I like hanging out at SF but it is so boring when empty..Anyway good luck with your emigration.But for God sake do not make Los Santos a ghost city...More people in LV would be fine as well..The city that never sleeps!

deliver car is bugged and I dont rly know how I must /delivercar. it turns like 90 degrees to the right or something.

Just try and park it where it doesn't matter of the angle. 
If its really wrong, do it again at some other random angle.

Note: The car will tend to face North, South, East or West.

It's fantastic if we get like half of the server in SF and the other half in LS, and then some others that usually like to hang around LV - it means we have a large working state, rather then one city! =D

San Fierro is just not good for gang roleplay. . . Thats why I dislike San Fierro.
