What makes, Los Santos, the city of gang activity, so famous? I would say, that It's because of the
Cops, the Civilisation and the Criminals. I will from now on call
Cops, Criminals and the Civilisation with capital C just because those 3, arent really words anymore, they are facts, and names; in the state if Argonath. There might be some houses, here and there, bizzes here and there, but if you think big, what makes Los Santos so famous is the 3 C´s. Those 3 big C´s is just what San Fierro need, to get populated.

IS RISING! Gentlemen, it really is. But it's a very slow progress. But, people have started to sell their bizzes, houses, cars, and moved in there. And if people in San Fierro really want people to move in there, well, then you got to face it. San Fierro dosen't have anything of the 3 big C´s. Sometimes, a Criminal might takes the route to San Fierro to avoid the cops, but that doesn't make the whole San Fierro populated.
WHY? But before we start questioning
'how?' we move there, and make people go there, we have to explain why we want people to move to San Fierro.
This will be alot of points, so hang on and read, and see if you
really wanna stay with Los Santos.
What makes San Fierro so special apart from the other cities? San Fierro, is very special from the other cities, and would give alot old veterans a nice fresh start.
San Fierro, is built on a mountain, more or less. The roads, are very up and down, which creates alot jumps and alleyways to support the fun in chases. San Fierro, has also got Chinatown, which could make Chinese based mafias and groups, very damn good.
San Fierro, has the Heroin ship, which if you goes to and types /finddrugs, will deliver drugs to you in a few minutes.
San Fierro, has got the outstanding SF PD, where the parking lot is alot bigger than in the LSPD, so there wont really be any fights about police cars. Also they have a Helicopter pad.
San Fierro, has got that warehouse which is very good for drug roleplay or kidnaps.
San Fierro, has got several famous parts from the real world. They've got the worlds tightest road aswell as the San Fransansico bridge.
San Fierro, has still got alot houses ready to get bought.
San Fierro, has got golf, tennis and baseball places, awsome for roleplay.
San Fierro, has a nice looking park, with very good looking houses to the right with sea sight.
San Fierro, has got perhaps the best party place in the state of Argonath. Jizzys, It's big, It's classy, and It's especially fun.
San Fierro, has got car dealers, pay and sprays, transfenders, everywhere.
San Fierro, has a nice looking docks which reminds me of some good mafia RP i had in the last version of Argonath.
San Fierro, has trams going everywhere in the city, so you can just jump on and get everywhere you want with the trams.

And we all know that San Fierro is a great, nice looking and classy city which really makes people who likes mafias alot feeling like home. Also, there are actually gangs who can be there too, like GSF, ballas etc. Just look at the rifas, they can actually sit there and smoke pot without Los Santos, kinda cool.
So, how do we get people to San Fierro? First of all, we need a whole lot of people, who have the patience, and the will to live in San Fierro. It's hard to not like the Civilisation in Los Santos, and to stand to not go there, but that's the key in starting up something new. You gotta have patience, and put alot time in it. Now, when we have this hand full of people who are ready to arrange SF, we need support from alot companies. We need events with alot price money, to take part in SF where highly known people take part, xcasio, Aragorn, Gandalf, Crimson, Lionz, etc etc. Tho, we all know that those events are just for a short notice, and that's what makes moving people so hard!
We need alot people, doing kidnaps, events, roleplay situations, dramas, concerts, theaters, and doing constant ads about helping the revolution in Argonath to move into San Fierro, ah hell! What do I know?
We need those type of situations, non stop, in San Fierro. Transportation is also important, offering trains, planes, helis, taxis, limos, busses free, to get into San Fierro. So hereby, I would love to have heavily organized people like [GSF]Sinamun and [ALS]David, to do their events in San Fierro, and tho i know Sinamun would never do a event in San Fierro, I can always try, right? ^^
So to really start this up, we need people for really wants this. Alot people, powerfull people, and maybe even devs could help San Fierro to get new houses and bizzes.
Oh, and by the way, this guide or whatever you should call it, is not trying to force you to get into San Fierro, this is for the people who really wants a new fresh start, and maybe Los Santos citizens who just would like to move into San Fierro. I can't say the movement is easy. I can actually say, It's nearly impossible to move an whole civilisation, but I don't care, I will fight for San Fierro however it goes.
