It shows the highest level of special forces fighting skills (chosen)... You will also see (and its not a show) the real non-contact fight... The instructor is using nothing to fight back the armed enemies...
It is the record of meeting Russian/American special forces exchange program... The American soldier did not believe and faced himself with the weird fighting style... Enjoy...

What is cool about everyones military is that they all have amazing fighting styles that no other country has. I hear that Israel has some good fighting styles and the Marine Corps in America practice MCMAP which is a great style too. I like how balance points are utilized by the Russians.

I saw more of this guy, and what I like he is always calm... Another thing: he needs maximum 1 move to bring down the enemy... If that will be just a movie action about special forces and terrorists, people will be bored in cinema, telling, WTF, I paid for action and here is some bored shit, where the guy without guns kills 20 terrorists... 

If you will start fight the enemy with shooting, boxing or whatever - you lost - its one of the main directions they are trained...

It looks like regular special forces... But I am sure every country has an elite teams inside special forces, who are really trained to complete operations without any gun by using some unusual skills...

Like in the movie I posted, when instructor made fall down two soldiers, he says: "You can do it with 15-20 people at the time"... In the moment when he was showing the falling down of other guy he says: "I'll just show elementary effect, I do not want to really hurt him"...
