Police and Army Armour

Lately all the cops get killed usually on a chase with a suspect that has SMGs or sawed off shotguns. Since in real life, police usually have the advantage of armour. Shouldnt all police and military spawn with kevlars and extra health, I think that'd improve the police force and make people think twice for doing a crime for the thrill then blowing all the cops away with shotguns.

Correct, you can take an armour in a SWAT van...

While we were running server, I found out that police is not payed enough...
They should have some advantage over criminals, that is why in next version of scripts (this week), police will get more award money... With the 500$ you cannot even restore your weapons...

Yay. But they should get rather high pays and criminals like gangster should get low pays cause they dont get an education which emans a crap job (If they have one).
