DRIVING LICENSE

commands:   !showlicense
                  !issuelicense(admin command)
                  
if a cop sees someone speeding/drunk driving/ramming, he should first ask the player for license,if the player has license he types !showlicense  -  <nick> shows his driving license   or   <nick> does not have a driving license
if the player has license then the cop only imposes a little fine, otherwise he would suspect the player for the crime.

only admins can issue license to players
command !drivinglicense <nick>


i think killing a suspect for just speeding or a little ramming is non RP

GAMBLING LICENSE
A player requires a gambling license to bet money for gambling      read the idea Gambling

I like that idea, but the driving license should be buyable. But when u buy it on the first day playing then u give it to police anytime it wants. You will always have the license. There should be driving classes . If You want to buy license, then You will have to tell about it to admin and he/she specs You for a while and gives (or not) you a license

If scripts "allows" it could be that if players buys license and he gets fine (of other idea) he loses it like three days.. if he gets another he loses it for a week.. then maybe for all and he don't have a chance to get new one anymore...

i think driving license is the most recommended system for the server..Because Police Work is like DM work these days.. Licenses can say "STOP" to this shit.

Driver license will be needed to buy a Car and to own a Property you much have a passport.  Obviously it'll play other parts too but you'll have to wait....

nah man please no !buylicenses just please do it with RP because it will be a waste of money
