The rules or Argonath RPG are simple. All players are expected to do role-play. Deathmatching is strictly forbidden and will be punished by kick or ban.

For each skin there is a basic role, but players are free to use their imagination.
The idea is that we all live in a corrupt country, with a lot of criminals. However that does not mean that civilians are allowed to use their weapons at any time. If they are shot at, do what would happen in real life: panic and run. Only cops are allowed to shoot back , but even for cops there are limits.


Bannable Offences

• Any Form Of Hacks/Cheats - This Includes Anything That Gives You An Advantage Over Others
• Script Abusing - Abusing Commands For Advantage And Personal Gain Over Others
• Multiple Accounts - Unless Approved
• Constant Rule Breaking - Listen To Admins If They Ask You To Stop Breaking Rules
• Constant Flame/Disrespect - Constant Flame/Disrespect To The Servers/Players/Admins/Anybody In The Server
• Massive Deathmatching - It Is A RPG Server Not A DM Server So Listen To Admins
• Massive Event Ruining - Ruining The Hard Planned Work Of A Special Or Event
• Telling Others How To Cheat, Abuse, or Break Rules
• Spamming/Advertiseing Other Servers
• Impostering - Do not pretend to be other players/copy their clan/nicknames

Other Offences

• Ruining Roleplay/Non-RP
• Advertising /ad Illegal Things - Drugs, Dice, etc.
• Spamming
• Helikilling, Carkilling, Carjacking, DM'ing
• Pausing While Suspected or In Combat
• Revenge Killing - Killing the people who killed you for revenge after you died
• After Surrendering You Can't Escape or Attack The Cop Again - You Are Cuffed
• Only 5 Cars Are Allowed To Be Switched By The Criminal In a Chase.  Run, Fight, or Surrender
• Please do not use nicknames with unreadable letters
• If You Don't Think You Should Do Something Because It May Be Bad Then Don't Do It
• Respect ALL Players - Their Are No Noobs Here, Help Eachother Out
• Slang Is Allowed In Roleplay Such As Gangster Roleplay But Direct Attacks Against People With Flaming Will Be Punished
• Do Not Drive-By As The Driver Of The Vehicle

I don't agree with this

Surrender Is /gu NOT /hail Don't Try And Fool Cops - Surrender Or Don't

It is a player choose how to surrender. If he know what RP mean he don't run after /hail. /hail don't allow to do /cuff, but it was bugged, so what reason of it is?
And of other side - cuffed suspects is secured suspects without anything in them inventor (without guns etc.), them hands is in them back, not in front - they can't open doors. If they're thinking to run - they actually need friend help, which is impossible to call - he can't use radio/pm/sms - him objects which can be useful like cold weapons, conversation item. etc, so he can't call a help from somewhere. Only if friend will see him in PD car and then he will call help for 'rescuing' suspect from jail. But he had to - stun cops near friend car, pick lock of the back doors in PD car, what to do is really hard, then - them choose - to break cuffs, or first to bring friend to safe area. If they will bring him to safe area, suspect which was rescued can NOT enter cars by himself, can not carry guns etc.

It is an RP rules which each player has to do, if he surrenders and don't contacts any friends - no actions will help him to run.

However, each cop after arrest have to tell suspect  him rights for lawyer, one phone call, etc. And they can't jail suspect after entering Police department. First they have to talk with him, what he done, why he done that, etc, then to bring he to cells and only then use /jail. A lot of cops jails suspect just inside PD, and type of this actions can be sued  :redface:
