Hmm, i'm a lil stuck at which to get, 360 or PS3, i want to get the PS3 for some obvious reasons, but I'm not too sure yet. Haaaaalp mmeeeeeeee!  :poke: .

Both are good in their own ways, but for my choice i would go for 360 because its cheaper, and more people have it so online would be better..

But, this is all im saying, cos this topic of 360 Vs PS3 gets out of hand...

Some people say ps3 has this "potential"..
but... who knows that potential is nothing..?

well it really depends on the games u like shooting,racing,adventure,etc.. If u like shooters get 360!! like i play halo 3 and Cod 4 all day and its great!!

lots of people get PS3 for blue ray but if u dont need blue then dont get PS3. People say PS3 is better because like online mutiplayer is free but it sucks. its not connected well and theres problems. u cant like join party's and things as good as 360. 360 u have to pay for online but its worth it its only like 5- 7 bucks a month and its worth the money. Overall depends what games and like the money u got research games and prices and things and then decide

Without getting into some giant argument..

Xbox 360, because it has more, better games and higher-class exclusive licenses. The Xbox Live service is amazing, and the online features along with 360 features such as gaming achievements make it worth buying.

In terms of relation to the PS3, I've heard bad things about PSN, and as I've seen only PS3-exclusive titles make any real use of the extra graphical power between the PS3 and 360 - and these exclusive games are not as good as those found on other consoles, such as the 360, or indeed the Wii.

The only problem I've ever heard of with the 360 is the hardware reliability, which I agree can sometimes be an issue. However, I think the advantages outweigh this disadvantage. I would really go for an Xbox 360, now and forever. People say the PS3 has "potential" (as MIB mentioned) however whats the point in a system that is potentially good, against a system that is already real good right now, and probably will be for a long time? 
I'd go 360, based on the available gaming content (particularly exclusive games such as Halo), the Xbox Live service, and the general build of the software. The price is also an advantage.


This thread should be watched closely for the inevitable argument that will break out as they argue the other sides case.

Hmm, welll i see you people liike the 360 more, because of it's popularity. But i will probably get the PS3 anyway  :cool: . I think the PS3 is much better in technical terms and it looks better, i know it's not about the looks but i looks like  :money:  :money:  :money: .  :razz: .

If you want to spend milions on repairs and games ( in some stores here PS3 games are 90 bux (free record shop)) where the same 360 game is 40 then ) then get a PS3 if you want a less fast but almost as good with better internet function get a 360

rofl!,  Games here are about 40 to 50 pound (England), and i'm not too bothered paying that much as i'm not going to get everygame, just good ones like GTA IV, Grand Turismo 5 and Call of Duty 4.
