I can understand your position...

We had such discussions before... Always were telling our positions... And now it came already as a TIPs recommendations... its like developers position is totally ignored...

I was watching topic and treated to it as to "ideas"... While I did not see that in topic discussion actually were touched Argonath itself and our (developers) vision...
I counted the words "Why you call yourselves Argonath RPG and not Argonath developing roleplayers" as personal attack against us and offense... As it was said by regular veteran and admin - double offense...

Yes i agree, I see your position more clearly now too. It started as an opinion from merc and then turned into an attack from merc so I understand what you are saying.

Isn't tis topic kind of dead now though? It seems that merc and his supporters have their opinion and the devs and their supporters have theirs and I don't see what benefit can come of prolonging this discussion. I'm not trying to tell the devs/moderators what to do, but just in my opinion, nothing good can come of this topic and I think it's dead.

- Some players think they are superman, they have a gun pointed at there face and just hit the robber and run. Seriously act right! If you have a gun in your face, act scared!

I can understand if someone is getting robbed by more than 1 men and there's no one to help and simply run or if surrounded by police with guns aimed at you and you run.. But if you are getting robbed / kidnapped by 1 robber and its just 1 on 1, if the victim has a gun.. he may use it to drop the robber as his life is in direct danger.. Seriously.. if you try to rob me while I am on duty and you're alone or if you have a accomplice who is distracted or has not have his gun drawn yet.. I'll suspect you and put a bullet between your eyes.. regardless of how much you whine and bitch because you threatened a law enforcers life and very well deserve it.. end of story. There has infact been cases IRL where cops have shot and killed person for aiming at them with a gun. In most of them, the cop will usually try to slap the gun away from his body, draw his gun and shoot very quickly, but since you cant do that in SA-MP, all you can do is draw and shoot.

But that's the thing about argo, everyone's rping different.
Some people are basicly spamming main chat & not rping a shit.
Some people are rping with words like "LoL, OmfgLmao" & do not use (( )).
Some people are rping like you. (The way i also do)
Some people just enjoying themselves by driving around in their vehicle & not doing anything else.

But you know, that's the thing about Argo. They don't got millions of rules.
Everyone here is "rping" different & as long as Aragorn or Gandalf or w/e don't want to forbid bunnyjumping etc.
It'll stay as it is.

I HOPE that people will read it & use many of your ideas ingame to.
Because it should be alot funnier then. (This is my opinion in it)

Bunnyhop when no rush is what I usually do. If I'm in example in middle of nowhere in the wood somewhere, I take the fastest way to travel of course. I also hate people mixing "omg, lmao, wtf" et cetera in RP chat. I also prefer capital letter in the beginning of a sentence and usually a dot in the end...maybe just because I'm used to it.
By the way, I never seen this before, and it's a real good..."guide" to people who want to increase their roleplay experience. If you have no rush, have a careful moment.

Well half of it is disagreed from Gandalf and i think its foolish because like for example in the real life you cant say that ' pls stop i will take a piss' in a RP situation but Gandalf doesnt support it

Mains will never accept this anyways. They are more oldskool roleplayers and don't like to enforce too many "rules" or whatever.
Then theres the people who want more realistic roleplay who will probably follow this guide.

It's actually funny to run around sometimes and do: /me farts and laughs silent: Hihihi and stuffs...But I never mix RP to OOC.
