I had the problem too with a friend, But not by "framerate", But because the mission itself is hard. When asked to grab the bike, Do so, and while trying to avoid the obstacles, Spam on your keyboard 9 in Numpad or UP Arrow on the Keyboard, That will boost your bike, giving you the enough speed to enter the plane's back. If you hit any barrel or any obstacle, The mission's fucked, because you loose the speed.

i've been trying to land a full backflip on GTA SA for hours now, but i just can't, the bike flips over at about half way of the backflip, so im asking is it even possible? And if it is, tell me how? k tnks

nah, it gets too laggy, i just jump off something and lean backwards on the bike, no throttle, no anything, only lean
