Question about houses.

ok i have this house in bayside with a nice int. the problem is its WAY too far away from LS to be driving their numerous times. i was wondering if i could move that int (and totally get rid of that house, even if i have to sell it) and make a new house in LS with the same int. an admin told me that the house limit is full. but if i get rid of a house, then it makes a room for another house which i want to make in LS. is it possible?

Currently the house system is bugged so no chance.

If its back, you can get a new house anytime in LS but there is no certainty that its the same price.

my house currently cost 180k and its not big at all. houses in grove street cost like 70k less -_- but i also want to know when the house price bug will be fixed, ive been waiting for like a week, all i want is my new house  (lol)
