Epic GTA Failure? :(

I don't know why but I have the following problems:

1. MTA:SA & Single Player San Andreas are speeded up but I havent run anything.  I try reinstalling, rebooting, everything.  But SAMP works as normal.
2. VC only SOMETIMES has the same problem as above and yes sometimes it has the same problem online so I can't play.
3. MTA:VC when launchin gives me a trojan warning and when I allow it and run it my computer gets the BSOD (Blue Screen Of Death).


I don't get it why is all this happening?  Does anybody know???

Trojan warning on MTA:VC is an anti-virus bug... software is getting paranoid. 
Regarding sudden speed, you need to check your PC, seems like some parts might be giving up or are busy, then suddenly start to work normal.
If you overclocked your PC, time to turn it back to non-overclocked state.

BSoD? Reinstall Windows.

And when you start the installer/client, don't press "Ignore" or "Allow" since it will probably cut off the access anyways. Add the .exe to the Anti-Viruses ignore list instead.

On the gta running at fast speed go to options and change frame limiter this should help...

2. Everything works normal on other stuff and games and I have a custom built PC.  Here are my specs, I dunno if t's overclocked(Also SP3 has nothing to do with it because I had the problem before SP3 and I still do:
