stergios, the time you have played here has not much to do with that if you are good material for admin or not. And seeing your behaviour and that you can't understand that, gives me only one more reason why you shouldn't get picked.

1. 10 trial moderators is not enough and recruitment will be continued as the inactivity of old admins is very high... But Admin team is making it by small parts to make sure all new members to admin team are trained, helped and controlled...

2. Those who started insult and flame here the new picked up people and developers decision will be hardly picked up as admins... Reason: if you cannot handle that you are not picked up somewhere how then can you handle being admin among 50 players with flamers, cheaters, deathmatchers, new members on it... because if you cannot handle one thing, you cannot handle tons of questions, reports, flame, and work which admins are actually doing...

3. Clans membership is nothing for being admin as the developers of Argonath who lead this subject are from Rock Stars Clan and have no any bribes/deals with other clans for setting admins...

4. Time of membership on Argonath plays role in the way to see what player is and does not depend of amount of years... You can be in total here from the beginning, but your attitude or rulebreaking does not fit in admins team nowadays... Instead of counting how long you here - think "what is in me which developers think will not be good for being admin?"... One of the answers - in your own posts... Because in other way such picked admins will judge players incorrect, preferring the side of more played users to the complains of new players using as argument the time players played...

5. Admins team also will not support people whose aim will be only status... The experience showed such admins will be not stable, will break the rules, will be abusive, will be unthankful to the any kinds of developers work as soon as they reached their goals...

Any kind of flame after this post will be removed, users warned, continuously - moderated and banned from forums...

Why?
He can be much better than you, The time on this server isnt all.
You know...from the begining i thought that Ben was an abuser (Ben_Bilal was the real abuser) , But he showed me that he wasnt.
And i liked him from that day. And why should he not be able to be an Admin already?
He got the skills, Hes a nice person... Somethings missing?
And hes not crying like you. Wtf JSerg, ITS just a game.

I think its really sad to see the reactions here... you know I became admin after only playing two months ?(its a while back but still)

also @ brad the way you flame and fight on the forums ..did you really expect to be admin? its how people behave that determins if they become admin not how much they want it  or how long they play

also there is a limited number of places so people who werent picked now might still be in the future ..but I think some of you who really had a chance blew it by your childish and egoistic reaction ..being an admin is also about teamwork

I am glad it showed now and not while we are working together
