People's reaction against that they are not choosen really pisses me off ...

Why do people think that Admin is a promotion or an advanced class of a player ? that's not true , Admin is an employee that must do his work Well or get fired or do it good and get promoted , people dosen't want to understand this point they all thing that it's cool to be admin and the Most dangerous thing is a guy like that having admin powers and that's why they are strict in choosing there admins .
