The civilians appear in San Fierro and not in Los Santos, somebody can to change them so that they appear in Los santos?

Our plans are - to use the whole SA map, not only one city...
And if there will start work popular all other cities - it will be more better...

You found paradise in Argonath. You had a good game, you made good friends. The admins protected you and there were courts of law. So you didn't need a friend like me. Now you come and say "Aragorn, give me justice." But you don't ask with respect.
