And Maybe A Ticket Fine Command Like !fine <NAME> <REASON>
Or !ticket <NAME> <REASON>

I Have Already Started The Pull Over Procedure! It Makes It More Reilistic.
When I See A Driver Who Is Driving Wrecklessly, Speeding, Etc I Flip On My
Lights Get Behind Them And Type Pull Over! When They Do And Dont Try To
Run I Pull Up Behind Them Tell Them To Stay In There Vehicle, I Exit My Squad
Car And Proceed To The Drivers Door Window. I Ask Them For Their Drivers License
And Registration (Which Is Another IDEA) They Usally Type Like /me Gives Officer
Documents Or They Just Type Here I Tell Them To Stay In Their Vehicle Ill Be Right
Back I Go Back To My Police Car Run The !wanted Command To Search For Warrents
If They Come Up Clean I Go Back To Their Car And Type Heres Your Stuff Back Drive
Safley And Slow Down. Have A Nice Day.

But Adding !ticket or !fine Would Be A Nice Way To Add More Reilization To The Game!

Then The Other Idea Drivers Licenses And Registraion

Officer:i pulled you over for speeding
Officer:may i see your drivers license and registraion please?
Suspect:yes
Suspect:!showid
Suspect Has A Valid Drivers License (OR) Suspect Does Not Have A Valid Drivers License

TO BUY ID
Suspect:!buy id
You Have Baught A Drivers License For $100

It could be  !fine <nick/id> <reason>
Then the person receiving it could get a PM saying,
<You have been given a fine of $$, accept the fine with !payfine or reject the fine with !rejectfine

yeah and if you !reject fine then you get suspected automatically! or the police officer will do it manually! its an idea adds more graphic to Role Play..... but how bout the other idea i think SAMP has it already but Argonath VCMP RPG server Doesnt The drivers License idea! I love it!

but should players be able to buy a license anytime?
i think only admins should have the power to issue a license to a player, we have the same thing in samp

Maybe you could have players buy a Drivers Licsence at Vice City Town Hall. I like the pull over idea and the liscence and the fine idea. You guys should definetaly go for it!

I totally agree with Green-Eye's idea.. I think its done in various SA RPG's, and i cant see why it cant be done in VC

Cops could pull people over and if they didnt have a license could be good RP

This idea gets my full support. I was thinking what to do with players who did this:

Cop1: !speed 1
Players 1 is driving 30 mp/h
Cop1: !speed 2
Player 2 is driving 57,5 mp/h
Cop1: !speed 3
Player 3 is driving 100mp/h
Cop1: !sus 3 speeding

That is just stupid and very bad role playing. All players who do that should do same as OfficerMike and do very good roleplay. But with this commands it will fix my problem right away. So i really hope that can be done.

I like these idea's, they are awesome, I like the pullover and fine ones. These would one be great commands to use for a good RP.

With something like this there would be alot less killing going on in the server. I do remember what Klaus told me in the server once:

"This is not a deatchmatch server, it's not a server of cops & robbers either. It's a RPG server".

Well Cops and Robbers is the most common form of an RPG. Thats why is it so popular.

True but this whole Cops & Robbers stuff causes alot of killing in the server. There are people who will even Team Kill to get wanted.
