Oh, I'm so sorry, but what are you going to do? Sue every deathmatcher that decides to pick one of "your" limos up from the street? You can't restrict their usage, it's not allowed.

  No, we only stop those going on duty, using our limo's/ business assets for personal gain, and as we are one of the most profitable businesses on the server, we cannot allow it, so we incure a small fee ($1000) that goes into the vault for further development of the company.

Without being too annoying, what will happen if your client gets killed while you are taking them to their destination?

  Firstly, we have never had an incident where the client has been killed. As long as they keep paying, they are safe. If the client is wanted, as soon as he gets in we will reroute to set places, depending on the clients needs. So far we have never let a client be caught whilst in the limo. If he/she runs out of money, they are on their own (unless paid lump sum beforehand).
  If the client or driver should be killed for no reason, [ALS] have quick access to police and admins, and the attacker may be kicked for dming, also we will get hijackers kicked. If the client is on a hitmans contract, he may be liable for an armed escort, however this requires a one off payment (because escorts are only allowed for VIPs, businessmen and special events).

Yes, we allow use our limos when we are offline, we are a business, not a dictatorship.

You're not allowed to "kill one if he doesn't pay for the limos" as you state you will do in the websiteCase closed.

We have accepted that our limos cant be locked and protected whilst we are not in them, however we do incure a small charge to those who wish to use our limos for gain. We are a business, we dont allow the use of our assets for free (when  we are online).

  We reserve our right to maintain our assets, and we rarely kill anyone for using the limos. We  first send a friendly notification regarding the price and terms of use, then if that does not work, we will order the police to inpound the vehicle.
  We charge $1000 for a day. In a day you can gain more than $10k. Because some of us are part time police, we may impound the vehicle ourselves, but never abuse the /su command, and dont suspect the drivers. If the driver does not cooperate, we will destroy the limo.
  We have yet to take further legal action against reoffenders.

  Although we are open to all inquiries, a case as you refer to implies you want to taken to court? If you must post on the courts forum, however im not sure how in anyway you have become affected by our business dealings.

  LOL this is how it started... the opening party that gave me the idea, of actually doing this organisation. Note the chat text and money! Brilliant . One of the best events. ALl that money came from customers i transferred quickly and safely from Los Santos and Las Venturas to San Fierro.

  With all due respect, to sue someone would require moneyloss in the first place, and I dont think we have taken money off you, or in anyway involved in an incident where you have lost money.So you cannot sue; however as a notification to others, we are open to all and any inqueries not related to the $1000 fee of using our assets, as this has been discussed previously in the forum.

Note to reader:
  This has been discussed in more detail previously. Also a FAQ section has been embedded in the first post, thanks to those who gave some input, used to clarrify the dealings of this organisation.

I would hire limo. One thing, you guys aint online much. and i feel my 10k would be a bit of a waste. MAybe if you were on 24/7 >: D

  Actually its $1000, Im not sure where got 10k from. We are curretly not online much because we have lots of coursework and exams coming up, and of course we do infact have social lives, and things better to do in the real world.
  We do allow use of our limos when not online (why not?), however it is only $1000 for the day, but nevertheless- if our limo is in use as we login, they will be asked to pay for further use.

$1k to drive limo for 1 day. This means that a person paying this is allowed to occupy an [ALS] limo, and use it to make money for one day. Quite simple. By the $10k, I was referring to an amount of money that can be made with limo's. This has nothing to do with our $1k charge, it was just a comparison to how much you pay, to how much you can earn.

  So you do not pay $10k, this was a reference to how much you can earn.
 Hence "In a day you can gain more than $10k"

  We are not valets, we do not deliver limos. The $1k charge covers the rent to drive the limo and is for the the problem of impacticality to the owner.
  If you did wish to pay $10000 to drive a limo, arrangements could be made according to the customers needs.
  If you wish to pay $10000 to be driven in a limo, it would take you approximately twice around the map without paying by the mile.

  We have hust aquired the rights to [LVA] - an infamous azteca gang originating from the beginning of Argonath on sa:mp.

  As you know this is a private business and unfortunatly not currently open to the public...
(unless you wish to give us a large sum of money to join).
  This where we introduce [LVA]. This is a gang we use to help us and those who need jobs and respect.  ALS is a business, and so you can join LVA and still have your business, it just means that we can support you ingame and financially (loan) and then you can payback through a decided rate, or through work.
  Of course LVA is not just for business owners. If you join to be a gangster, you can be g'star'z, and we will also help you gain respect, trade and opportunity.

  For new players we can provide training and have a ranking system for players to advance depending on their level, allowing veterans to teach and allow newbies to learn and "sweat the technique"- consequently everyone wins.
