I don't get really Portal's storyline (even if there is no "real" storyline)...

What I mean is...

Why did GlaDOS killed everyone of Aperture Science?
Why it did wanted to kill Chell? (Lol it was hilarious the escape)
GlaDOS was corrupted? Why?
Is Aperture Science enemy of Black Mesa?
Does Portal storyline have anything to do with Black Mesa incident?
Why I did ACTUALLY had cake? (joke question, I had cake IRL)
Chell is an Android?

I am really confused... (atleast I completed Portal)

I think GlaDOS was corrupted and filled the Enrichment Center with a deadly neurotoxin due to an internal glitch
They were gonna kill Chell so the employees could all have a bigger bit of cake
GlaDOS was probably just corrupted due to AI glitches
I think so.

Chell isn't an android but can survive the andriod testchamber
I don't think so but GlaDOS was re-assembled (listen to lyrics of "Still Alive") and there will be a Portal Two (prequel or sequel?)

1. GlaDOS killed everyone because of a bad programming file created.  Their was a fix in the end that fell off which is the end well..You know...
