Well, anyway Watahell hasn't played VC:MP in awhile so I think its time for a reset.

Well i think he should keep it. He worked hard to got those money to buy it and if we take it away from him it will destroy part of VCMP history. So i say find another house to buy. You can't *reset* ownership in RL and for good role play it should be like that ingame too  :cool:

Actually in real life you can have your home condemned, relocated, bought out, or sold. Anything could happen, as for destroying a part of history, it won't be history until it moves on. Its unfair to players that are active, who would like a chance at the place.

He could have played for only 2 days to get that house, it isnt very hard to get 50k.. and if someone goes inactive, they should sell there places anyway... thats what mex did.
If you KNOW your not going to play again, sell your place. it makes sense. I mean, Cr4ig0 decided he wasnt going to play again, so he sold his place and gave Kessu his 250k.

Its his own fault, he has been inactive for a long time, so i doubt he would even care, he probably forgot he even owns it.
Its the same when they ban people, the banned players property still belongs to them even though there banned, thats like executing someone rich on death row, and keeping
there 10mil house under the dead person name. In RL that wouldnt happen.. it would be repossesed by the government.

100% agree with Hitman.. In that if you ban ppl permanently his places/vehicles should be reset.. *Bad English*

When there are a lot of properties owned by inactive people, the ownership will be reseted

Thats a good iea, but someone should check to see how many properties are owned by inactive people.

Thats not a big problem, players actually come to know, when it is high time to reset ownership.

Why that long time..? I would say that 1 year... max.. But we are now in off-topic my mind... This is about Drug dealer spawn place what greeneye wanted to buy and now we are talking about reseting ownership..
