Mouse problems | Very annoying | Need help fast :)

Hey, today i've installed my new x64 Windows XP
And I have a problem with my mouse, atleast I think it's something with the mouse...
I usually have multiple screens open, like Msn, Mozilla etc. But I got this annoying thing that whenever I hover my mouse over a screen like Mozilla or Msn it brings that application to the front (without me clicking on it first)

Has anyone ever had this before and were they able to fix it? I need a quick response, as this is driving me mad

I tried that, didn't work
And it's a Trust, I know..not the best brand. But I think it's more of a software thingy, as it's working fine on my other Windows XP Home Edition x86

After installing my mouse drivers (which I never did before, worked perfect without them) it's still the same, and still annoying as hell..
So installing drivers had no effect what so ever..

Just a little bump..I really need to get this fixed, i'm pretty sure it's solved easily but I just can't find it... :help:

its not your mouse, your mouse cannot make somthing appear unless it has special software meant for it, is it "plug and play" as in USB or PS/2 port that plugs in and works without software?

It's a USB mouse, and it works without software.
