Yes abusing scripts for getting money is a money cheating... And on our servers its more punishable then deathmatching new players... Cos Roleplay in Vice City is not that popular and many players even do not know what it is... As for abusing scripts - players know very good what they do and for what reason they do...

As for Hitman - I think he deserves unban - he admitted and actually behaved normal and unban request topic is correct...

I hope Mex or Iceboy are still working on VC:MP becouse it takes long to get unbanned on VC:MP. Maybe some more VC:MP leaders?

Iceboy is much more on MTA:VC then VC:MP.

And Hitman deserved unban. I had chat with him in MSN and he is very mature and clever. He did one mistake but i think he learned from his mistake

Hitman, we have agreed to unban you. You will be able to play on our server again, and will play on same terms as anyone else. We really hope you have learned something, and that you have taken this punishment serious. We hope you will not Money cheat again.

If you ever do money cheat again, the same will happen (with a even less chance of being unbanned)
