List of rule breakers

I was thinking about making a list of people who are constantly breaking rules, but had not got banned

I don't know how to make it, because players may type in the names of good not rule-breaker players.

If there is a way to script it somehow, it will be good.

Until there is nothing to do, You can post it here, like

I hope that there are so many people using forums that if someone has written here a good player name, then he/she will speak about it...

Well we have place to send proves about rulebreaking [email protected]. Also this kinda list thing gonna start useless aruments in forum. Like if you put someone in that list first thing what tha person do is that he say :*Wtf you are talking about you noob*. And that is not what we want.

i myself have been reported a lot of times for reasons like :being a fag, Saying too many hi's, being gay and horny

we dont want that on forums or scripts

The Government wouldn't add that to any Charter. The government are weak, no ones wants to hear politicians yap. It's like watching an episode of Family Guy, It's worse than losing at Tetris.

This isnt a good idea... its not fair to lable people without proper investigation, and hearing there reason/motives for doing something that might end them up on a list of this sort

There is no way to know if the Suspect realy did anything or not with out proper onvestgtion or hard evidence.
