What do you mean by "Pause in combat"?

It means that you go to the menu ingame while u r shooted

Does that do anything? because i did it once when i was jailed and i had to go eat, and when i got back i was dead

I think that key binding is fair but if you do the same thing more then 5 times you get kicked/muted.

no, vcmp has auto punish if you pause between combats....
if you pause and are shot, you will start flying in air after unpausing

Thats one of the reason i liked vcmp over mta,

players in mta can abuse, by pausing
when they are hit, they just pause.....
it was damn annoying

I bet it would be annoying. At least they both MTA and VCMP have something. There are games that have nothing.

Yes cheatng is bad, cheating wil get you banned or sent to hell.
