I mean.. Try to find a Naughty By Nature CD in Sweden for an example..

Not England, the whole of the UK including The Republic of Ireland. If the Pirate Bay got caught - that means Sweden, and probably means Most European countries including the Netherland , France and Italy. Basically all of mainland Europe. I would also believe this is inforce in America too.

10 test cases have been carried out alreay. All got fined up to £7000. Each.

You can buy cheap licensed music to download from the internet. For example, I can find the song i want for 25 - 50 pence. Really cheap

No srsly.. wtf?  £7000? you know how much that is? where does a normal person get £7000 from?

Those were test cases for HEAVY users. It's basically the licenseing fee for verything they DLed. But I can probably safley say that Torrent programmers and sharers will find a way past this....they have in the past.
