No, your  ISP knows all your derails, any ISP you use does. They find you DLing pirated stuff ( which they will, as your ISP knows EVERYTHING you do on the internet) they'll either give u a warning or report you.

Man this whole idea of them will never be a succes...

I also don't understand the UK Internet providers.... i mean, i know allot people who brought a very very very fast internet speed just to download...

How the hack?!

How they gonna check if I download something illigaly and legal? I always use bittorent to download something, and then I mean also legal things (like legal payed software or linux distributions).

Thank god its only UK and not the netherlands.
However, the future is also not news for dutch leet file shares!

Stop saying England...there is more than one country in the UK..the UK consists of 4 countries. Scotland, England , Northern Ireland and Wales. Your ISP re-routes the data needed for every webpage etc through THEIR servers...how are they NOT going to know?

Computer, Super Computers and server, how do they think they keep track of everywebpage you have visited and are able to charge you for DLs and stuf, depending if ur on a contract or not (still applies to everyone though) . All automated. If they detect someone. It will probably get added to a list and checked later.
