What the hell is your problem? Anybody with even minimal technological knowledge knows that a proper rip from a commercial CD will beat the quality of anything recorded from YouTube. Stop being a smartass.

(And by the way, I haven't bought one CD of music in my lifetime. Yes, call me a pirate if you must :P)

I've bought a few cds but i downloaded over....7000 songs? haha and about 200 movies, 100's of programs.

overall I've downloaded well over 5grand worth of stuff...(gbp)

Whoever thinks a 3 Mb MP3 will beat the quality of a track from a CD is wrong.

Sure, the difference may be un-noticeable on PC speakers, but if you put a few mp3 tracks through a HiFi and compare to a CD you have bought, the difference is very noticeable.

let me explain. at first the sound quality did sound like shit. BUT there is a way to fix it. too god damn complicated to get into detail but a quick run through. I changed the sound output (because i got this weird sound output changer) to a higher/better sound quality that sounded then what it did by its self. even though its mono it got "enhanced" (or changed). illl give yoiu a part of a clip of one if you want to hear....and it sounds pretty good on my iPod as well......unless you guys want to get in real deep then yes sure CD sound is better. but come on im not going to spend 200$ on CD's when i can just get a little less noticeable sound from this way. who would (beside people who like to burn a hole in their pocket)

Matthew, recorded music is never as good as getting the song directly. Sure, you can enhance the sound and improve the quality, but it will not be as good.

unless you guys want to get in real deep then yes sure CD sound is better
