hmm.. small car  , blt your 16 ye ???  i dont get it your australian right, and your 16, and have a car.
can you get licence from 16 years in austrl. ???
if yes then your car does have to be light (as i know theres a weight lemit), and engine cant be more then 1.6 L. ???
