Regarding /cancelsuspect (IMPORTANT)

A rescent discussion has been made by the ArgonathRPG SA:MP admins and Gandalf's answer clearly was, that /cancelsuspect was created for 2 reasons:

• Killing glitch where you can be suspected if you were the last person shooting at someone dying in an unrelated incident (like blown up car)
  
• Clear unjustified suspect (cop abuse)

An exeption is only:

It should be used with care, and only in cases that are clear for admins.
Regarding self defense, in combination with ARPD play it is acceptable. Using cancelsuspect because someone claims he was attacked without investigation should be avoided.

This is a strong proof that when admins deny a /cancelsuspect on someone, he should NOT whine or complain in-game, because it is only annoying and may result in a banana or even warning/ kick.

just saw it on ARPD forums too my answer there:

would be nice to do it,
it will be good to have it for officers and higher,
not for cadets and freecops,

sometimes its clear for the officer thats its abuse or whatever, but then it still takes a long time for /cancelsuspect,
so it will be really good that ARPD Officer and higher could use it,
and no doubts that they wont abuse it, they have shown to be good ppl

Uhm ok..this might explains why i didn't get a cancel and lost 600 cos 2 cadets stopped there car infront of me, got out, hit my car, jumped on it and then sued me for "running cops over"

This is not ideas topic, this is the way it is. If you have another suggestion, post in SAMP ideas.

I am just informing, so people won't whine in main chat and flame because they don't get unsuspected..

But actually, it's not only freecops who abuses..I personally only think that high ranks should get the command or something like that.

Officer and higher yeah, cadets are possible abusers too, less chance then freecop, but there always get through some abusers,
but the chance that officer abuses is really small, it doesnt happens a lot

Yea, you should - but you can't.

Admins only is acceptable in my opinion, since most high level SAPD Officers either are admins or can quickly raise one to do it anyway.

i think you can trust them panda, at least 90% of them are,
maybe make it senior officers,
if you dont even trust them, then you dont trust anyone,

not admins only, it takes hours to get /cancelsuspect sometimes, bad idea to hold it admin only

I have never see a /cancelsuspect request take hours. If an suspect is investigated by ARPD and request unsus we respond in most cases direct or ASAP as we have time.

There have been some Cases when criminals who also is SAPD Officer screams "Unsuspect me, i'm abused" and then they say "I'm an Officer"...  :trust: u look like a criminal.

The problem when every cop was abel to unsuspect was that 1 guy suspected, another unsuspected and they keeped doing it cos they thought they had right..
