You can say it is your "turf" as in you own it illegally (spelling) as a mafia spot but not as you own the whole area legeally, if you understand what I mean. The tennis court is a part of private property, Ocean docks is NOT.

Instead of fighting here...Send a PM to CBFasi or Gandalf or Aragorn...let them answer. As far as I know, you don't own it yourself. Just PM any of them and they'll answer you, if you don't ask them, then you don't own it..

I don't get it, AA is inactive at the moment, why bother moaning here ?
You can use the Docks until the new scripts, when AA moves in.
