The fastest way is, when you know the time MOLE missions start

They appear in this order:
1.Fightclub
2.Moneytill
3.Streetrace
4.Vehicle

The time between last and next MOLE is 30-32 minutes (this is the time between their starts, not endings. Streetrace SMS arrives at 10:00, and then Vehicle SMS arrives 30-32 minutes later).

Wait for Moneytill above LS with rustler, flying near the possible locations (Pig Pen, 69c store, Roboi food mart, Tattoo shop, East side fuel station), also use f6 to write /sms 555 yes faster, write it ready earlier and don't press enter, press f6 instead, then the next time you press t, the sms message is ready and you only have to press enter to send message.
Vehicle MOLE jan appear in every city so the fastest way is to fly a plane between the 3 cities, and again, have  the message ready.

Between MOLES you can be a cop for 25-20 minutes, this sometimes earns more money than the MOLE missions between this.

I advice you to work as a cop, you get money for criminal death, or for jailing him,also you can get back moneytill and suspect vehicle from criminals
