It's time to shake up the criminal world. It's time to finish what Carlo started.

The Andretti family have become well known throughout mainland Italy for their ruthlessness and loyalty. Anyone within their ranks who have broken their umerto are often victims of fatal accidents, firebombed houses or even public executions. The strict code of honour is the basis and working mechanics of the entire Cosa Nostra.



Italy, Lucca; 15th August, 1990

10:22 PM
The two Mafia Families Andretti and Romano meet at a prearranged location for a weapons deal. Both groups looked suspiciously at the other, as they unloaded their supplies for viewing and exchange.

10:26 PM
After the two families have inspected the others goods fully, the deal was about to finalize when suddenly the Italian polizia appeared surrounded the area. Grabbing what guns they could, the two Mafias fought with the police forces for several minutes.

10:29 PM
The Italian polizia begin to prevail, as the Mafia members each get taken down. The remaining Andrettis decide to flee. The Romano Mafia members are quickly overrun, and the leaders arrested. As they are taken away, they swear revenge on the Andretti Family, for the Romanos’ believe that they were set up. The remaining Andrettis meet by a canal, when they notice the polizia pulling up in another armoured vehicle. They split up – one of which, Louie, dives into the water, unnoticed.

Italy, Livorno; 15th August, 1990

00:29 AM
Louie is washed onto a Livorno beach by the current of the river. Upon awakening, he realises that the Romano Families’ associates and the remaining members will be after him. He also realises that he still has his Mac-10 on a strap against his back, and conceals it as best he can. He finds a spot underneath a quiet Pier, and tries his best to sleep.

07:01 AM
Heading into town, he breaks into a house and changes his clothes. On his way to the port, Louie noticed Romano associates in the area, driving in a Rolls Royce. He quickly realises that there is no time left for him to stay, and rushes through the streets.

07:32 AM
Louie arrives at the port, and notices a medium-sized cargo boat soon to leave the port. He sees a stack of boxes being loaded by workers there. Thinking quickly, he opens one and discards the contents, before hopping inside, and closing the lid. He feels the box being lifted onto the boat.

11:07 AM
After sitting in the box for several hours, Louie slowly steps out. Almost not believing his luck at the amount of supplies around him, he eats heartily to replenish his spent energy.

America, Liberty City; 22nd August, 1990

20:00 PM
Louie arrives in Liberty City. He steps off the cargo ship, and finds his way into town. The first thing he looks for is a currency exchange, and attempts to exchange his money for American Dollars. Sadly, only some of his money is still any good after being in the river.

23:30 PM
After just a few hours in the City, he notices many groups of suited figures in similar colours to those of the Romano Associates. Upon closer inspection he realises – to his horror – that these men do in fact represent an American branch of these associates. With what little money he has, he rushes to book a flight at Francis International Airport on the next flight out – to Los Santos, San Andreas.

America, San Andreas; 23rd August, 1990

06:24 AM (Local Time)
Louie’s plane touches down at Los Santos International. He leaves the airport, and enters a Taxi. He asks to go to a hotel, and is taken towards Rodeo.

01:30 AM
After accidentally letting slip the fact that he has no money, he is kicked out of the taxi in the Marina area of the city. Picking himself up from the dirt, he realises that this is where he has now fallen to in stature. As he stands up, he promises to himself that he will also stand up to again reach the power he once had back in Italy. He swears an oath that instant, as he looks down the Marina River, to make Andretti strong again. For the ones who died that night, for the honour of his family.

This is where the new story begins.



The structure of the family is vital, respect and upholding family honour are the backbone of the entire Cosa Nostra, and will be defended to the death.

Godfather
The leader of the Family. All the routes up the ladder of power in the Mafia lead to the Don, who is ultimately the final decision maker. Reports his needs to the Underbosses and Consigliere. Whoever goes against the Godfathers' words will face dire consequences.

Capo Bastone
An Underboss of the Family. Offers a line of communication to the Don, and also takes charge of many family businesses and projects. Usually refers the orders of the Don to the Capos of the family.

Consigliere
The families Lawyer and Chief Advisor to the Don. The presence of a consigliere removes the need for external legal support if any family member should be implicated.

Caporegime
A Capo of the family. Will head a group of soldiers and passes down orders from the higher ranks in the family. Is often put in charge of family businesses and projects to generate income.

Soldato
A 'Made Man'. Soldatos (soldiers) can only be of Italian background. Soldiers start as Associates that have proven themselves. A Capo (or several Capos) may recommend an up-and-coming Associate to be a new member. The new member usually becomes part of the Capo's syndicate that recommended him. A Soldato must never question an order by his Capo.

Associate
An Associate is not a member of the mob, and an Associate's role is more similar to that of an errand boy. They are usually a go-between or sometimes deal in drugs to keep the heat off the actual members. In other cases, an associate might be a corrupt labor union delegate or businessman.

The family are traditionally settled in an area self-known as Little Italy, known to the wider public as Marina.

I. Never talk about the family. To all outsiders, we don't exist.
II. Treat friends of the family with respect. Failure to do so will result in severe punishment.
III. Never be seen with law enforcement.
IV. Don't go to pubs or clubs with intent to deliver information.
V. Always be available for the family, even if your wife's about to give birth.
VI. Appointments must be respected. V will always apply.
VII. People who disrespect the family must be avoided unless instructed otherwise.
VIII. When asked for any information, the answer must be the truth.
IX. Money cannot be appropriated without informing higher-ups if it belongs to other families.
X. People who can't be part of the family are anyone with a close relative in the police, anyone with a two-timing relative in the family, or anyone who behaves badly and doesn't hold to moral values.

Greeeat Tice! Awsome! All my whining on skype about posting the topic seems to have succeeded!
Anyways, maybe on the member list, you should add "aka - Name" just to make the public know who we are .

I'm Joquin, Tice is Louie, Panda and Maxy is some of the other 2, I don't know yet, as this was posted while I was asleep.

I strongly encourage you guys to read the Story!
