*The Story*
in 1952 a underground war Raged mafia against mafia, gang against gang, mafia against gang.
Hundreds where murdered or arrested for 2 years these wars raged on until One Man, a Ex-Mobster a legend for his crimes and professionalism formed a Crime Council known as Black Cell.
In late 1954 Many Mobs and street gangs had Joined black cell in a attempt for peace. For 35 Years This Council was there to keep peace and prevent a war from ever breaking Out. In 1987 during a "bussiness" meeting John Shear was brutally asassinated by a hitman, His Son Gabriel Shear in fear for his Life Fled to a Town called Las Venturas.
For 5 years he remained in hiding under different alias's.
In 1992 He Saw that San andreas was a corrupt war torn state, Mafias struggling to control citys and towns he called on some of his men from london to help him once again form Black Cell.
Today Black Cell works with all Criminals, From street muggers and drugs dealers, to Mafias Dons and Cartel Lords.
The Basic Principle is to Settle the ever waging wars with as minimal blood as possible.
If Any of the Basic Laws where Broken Black Cell Enforcers would make sure it was perfectly clear that if you broke them your life would be ended.
If any Disputes would occure Black Cell would Enforce the honor Code and Call Duels where One person from the disputing families would settle the dispute.
If any Cold blood is shed Black Cell would Kill those responseible and make it perfectly clear it isnt allowed.
All members of the Council are Expected to present themselfs for council meetings or send a substitute.
*The Basic Principles*
The Basic Principles are simple, Once your On the Council you never Miss a meeting. If you cant show for some reason you send a substitute.
Bloodshed is Strictly Forbidden any blood shed without a logical reason will result in severe punishment from black cell.
Respect Other families, Black Cell is about honor, you dont have to like them but you have to respect them.
*The Training*
To Become a Black Cell Enforcer one must undergo rigerous training of the physical and phsychological forms.
We must be 100% sure that if interrogated by the police you will not reveal any Vital information that may jepordize our operations.
we will Train the Mind to act as a brickwall when needed to withstand torture and interrogation
next we will train your Body in all aspects, we will train you to use guns and melee weapons, martial arts, and las the art of driving.
*The Selection*
Those who are accepted into Blackcell as enforcers are hand picken from a small crowd.
we pick those who will only be a valuable asset to the organization.
Once Chosen and before training they must undergo a rigorous initation period where they choose there new Identity and other aspects that will affect them.
Once there new identity is chosen all evidence of there last identity is destroyed.
